its is applicable because song, a form of speech,is accompanied by music, which enhances it. we are currently learning about a singer, Billie Holiday. To properly understand her, we have to understand what went into some of her songs.
This piece of music connects to the work we're doing in class because it's the same with Billie Holiday. You mentioned that a fugue was used by someone who was trying to learn piano or practice their piano playing skills. In this case, Billie Holiday was somewhat of an amateur when she began music and used her experiences to help perfect her craft.

This is applicable to the disccusion that we had in class that the singer adjusts their tone and pitch with the background music.

the fugue in c-minor is applicable to the piece of work that we had discussed in class when we had discussed the work that told the story of the father carrying his son n the horse and their riding and every time he sees his son dying the music gets loud as well as the fact that the music sounds like a horse galloping
- Daniel Schonbrun
I can connect this piece of music to pretty much anything we have read in the semester that has a theme involved. Such as, Lady Sings the Blues, the Charlie Chaplin movie, and the movie where peoples brains were being taken over. All three have a theme or maral..and the fugue defintion itself is a theme that is present in the song.
A piece of music is meaningful, it can substitute"literature" and for "classical bussiness". In class we talked about Billie Holiday's famous song, which Billie uses fugue and lyrics to show and to symbolize her life and the time period happened to her. It helps us to understand and to get deeper meaning from the Fugue.
This piece of music connects to Billie Holiday that we’re doing in class. Through the music she expressed her experience in life. Also through her own life, developed her craft.
